Pastor Phillip was born and raised in Jackson, Ohio. He then moved on to Columbus, Ohio were he attended Ohio State University. He has worked in the restaurant field for 22 yrs (the last 9 yrs with Ruby Tuesday Inc.)

Phillip resides with his wife, Kendall and 5 children (Camry, Kelsy, Christian, Jordan, & Kyla) in Va. Beach, Va. He came to WBCC in Jan 2000 were he re-committed his life to Christ and started his new journey to be a fully devoted follower of Christ. Phillip has been a Community Group Leader for the past 3 yrs and now the Section Pastor for "High Tide" (a ministry dedicated to late 20 somethings to 30 somethings). His goal and passion in life is to "empty hell and populate heaven" by touching as many lives as possible for Christ.
